SERVICE IMPROVEMENTS
Effective September 1, 2006
RTA would like to thank everyone who provided input on these changes.
New schedules are available at www.slorta.org and on all RTA buses.
- Weekday hourly southbound service from Paso Robles to Templeton, Atascadero, Santa Margarita and San Luis Obispo from 5:50 AM to 7:27 PM
- Weekday hourly northbound service from San Luis Obispo to Santa Margarita, Atascadero, Templeton and Paso Robles from 6:42 AM to 7:40 PM with one additional trip at 8:33 PM
- Shorter travel times between Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo
- Morning southbound express from Paso Robles to San Luis Obispo
- The new North County Shuttle (NCS) now provides local service along El Camino Real north of Atascadero City Hall and to downtown Templeton, Twin Cities Hospital, Target and Cuesta College North Campus
- Direct weekday transfers between local Route 9 runs and the NCS at the Las Tablas Road Park and Ride at 30 minutes past each hour
- Improved weekday connections with RTA Route 10 to the South County and Route 12 to the North Coast
- More efficient Saturday service, including service to San Miguel
- Free Sunday service on Route 9 in September
