Curb-to-Curb Transportation

Dial-A-Ride and the Senior Go! Shuttle offer riders curb-to-curb transportation within local communities.  With this customized service, you decide where and when to be picked-up.  With no set timetables, and destinations of your choice, Dial-A-Ride offers affordable travel designed around your needs. These services typically require reservations made 2-3 days in advance of your ride. Please call and talk to your service provider before your trip to see what time frame they will need to make a reservation.

Vehicles are low floor and ramp equipped for mobility-impaired passengers. Requests for rides may be made up to a week in advance. Same-day service must be arranged at least 2 hours before your desired pickup time. (Same day service is not available in Shandon and Templeton)

To reserve a trip, call  the appropriate number (see below). Tell the dispatcher your pickup address, destination, desired pickup/drop-off times, and whether or not you need assistance on and off the bus. Be ready to board the vehicle at the scheduled pickup time. If you need to cancel a scheduled ride, please call the dispatch office as soon as possible.

Checks will be accepted for a minimum of $15 and maximum of $60.
