Eligibility Verification for Discounted Fares

Riders need to verify their eligibility to qualify for discounted fares.

Riders can come into our offices where they will complete the Basic Eligibility form, verify eligibility, take a photo and we will issue the RTA Discount Eligibility Card. Riders show the card to bus operators and at pass outlets to be able to use the discounted fare.  The form is found here and please note that there are two pages to the form. Previous versions of these cards are valid.
